Foreframe is a photography field tool designed to help users preview framing, focal length, sensor format, and aspect ratio before taking a final photo with their main camera.
Foreframe is not a social network and does not provide public user profiles, public uploads, or advertising-based tracking.
Depending on which features you use, Foreframe may request access to the following:
Foreframe uses the device camera to display a live preview for framing and scouting purposes.
Camera data is used only to provide the live view inside the app.
If you choose to save reference images or export images, Foreframe may request access to your photo library.
Photo library access is used only for the actions you explicitly trigger.
If you choose to attach location to saved frames, spots, or reference images, Foreframe may request access to your location.
Location data is used only to support app features that depend on place, such as saving scouting spots or displaying saved items on a map.
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not share your personal data with third parties except when necessary to provide app functionality or when required by law.
User-created content such as saved frames, notes, tags, and related metadata may be stored locally on your device.
If Foreframe introduces cloud-based features in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Foreframe may collect limited diagnostic information, such as crash data or basic technical logs, to help identify bugs, improve stability, and improve the app experience.
This information does not include the live camera image content unless explicitly stated otherwise in a future update.
You can manage permissions for camera, photos, and location at any time in iOS Settings.
If you deny certain permissions, some features of Foreframe may not work as intended.
Foreframe is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law in their region.
